Hazard: drain grate that is a tire trap hazard for bicycles
Location: Fairview Dr eastbound, between Roop St and Saliman Rd
Details: At this location, a drain grate was either mis-installed or the a mis-matched drain grate and grate frame was used. The result is a gap between the grate and the frame that is wide enough to swallow the tire of any road bicycle. This hazard is in the middle of the bicycle lane. This is new construction.

Fixed: The drain grate was partially fixed by spaced the two grates so that the gap is split in two place rather than in one.
